A bit out of town, in the middle of the wine country of Franschhoek, you can find this casual fine-dining gem, part of the La Colombe group. Be prepared to open your wallet, but the creations they come up with are breathtaking and out of this world. Even if you’re not a fan of a particular food, I can guarantee you will like that food the way the chefs prepare it here. They’re really knowledgeable about celiac dissease and since they prepare everything with tweezers, they can be extra careful with your order. They even tweaked the whole 7-course set menu for us to be gluten-free.
